SHIPPING COST

Delivery is 50 dhs for orders of -1000 dhs and free for orders of +1000 dhs. Our products are shipped from abroad but customers do not pay international shipping costs, so no additional cost on delivery

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer via the data provided in the payment page. For any order over 1000 dhs, customers will have to pay an advance of 40% to confirm their order and will pay the remaining 60% upon delivery of their package.

REFUND

Full refund if you do not receive your package within 20 business days. Working days are Monday to Friday.

NB: The advance is not refundable, in the event that the customer: Cancels the order during its process or No longer wants the package and refuses to receive it.

DELIVERY

Our products are shipped from abroad so normally delivery to your home takes between 5 and 12 days maximum. not including the order processing time which is 0 to 2 days after confirmation of your order by the JOYBAE SHOP service

FEEDBACK

Within 2 days (2) of receipt of his Order, the Customer may ask JOYBAE SHOP to return the Product(s). The return is at the Customer's expense. If the ( or the) Product(s) is not returned by the Customer within two (2) days of receipt of his Order, or if the Product(s) is not returned within its original condition, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product. The returned Product(s) will be refunded within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from its receipt by JOYBAE SHOP, by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Customer's bank account.
The Customer is required to notify JOYBAE SHOP of any reservations about the product delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened, missing parts) within a maximum of 2 days following receipt of the product. In the event that the defective product is proven, the Customer may benefit from the conditions provided for in this article. If the product is found to be defective, the Customer will receive a new product within the limits of available stocks. In case of out of stock, the Customer will receive an equivalent product.
